We’ve all heard the sayings, “close mouths don’t get fed” & “ask and you shall receive”. Well in my case, that’s exactly how I got started in the editing business. I work a regular full-time job throughout the week, but my love for reading & literature moved me to reach out to an author while I was reading their book. I told the author what errors I found, and offered to proofread for her. She thanked me, and told me that she would keep me in mind. I thought that was the end, but God said not so. A few months later, that author reached out to me, and the rest is history. I now realize that God has blessed me with a passion for “the arts”, and I am humbled by the experience I am gaining.
